Damages and Issues

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including personal care goods, customized items, and gift cards. Sale items are also non-refundable unless defective.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
